EXECUTIVE MINISTRY ASSISTANT
We are looking to hire a part-time Executive Ministry Assistant to join our team. Great candidates are those who attend Connection Church and enjoy using a combination of administrative and leadership skills to move our mission forward. The Executive Ministry Assistant will work in the office, Monday-Thursday from 9:00am to 3:00pm (24 hours a week).

ROLE
The Executive Ministry Assistant is responsible for inspiring, leading, and equipping a team of people who provide administrative support for all aspects of the Adult Ministry at Connection Church.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To follow the vision, direction, and leadership of the Lead Pastor and Family Life Pastor
2. To help oversee the Assimilation System through developing teams to collect information from services, and help people take their next steps after committing to Jesus Christ with the end goal of becoming Partners of our church
3. To help oversee the Serve System through developing teams to coordinate our grow track (in-person and online), communicate with team leaders, and get people engaged serving on one of our ministry teams
4. To assist with the Connection Group Ministry by equipping a team of people who provide administrative support for our Connection Groups Ministry that maximizes opportunities for people to take the next step in their walk with Jesus
5. To oversee the general Administrative tasks of Connection Church (scheduling, database management, key maintenance, staff meeting minutes, calendar planning, etc) to enable us to use the resources God has given to help connect people into a growing relationship with Jesus.

Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills

Equipping Skills: able to equip people to do support ministry
